• Designing, building, and maintaining DevOps systems in the cloud 
• Writing high-quality, reliable, reusable, and testable code in an agile environment 
• Develop documentation throughout the software development lifecycle 
• Regularly reviewing existing systems and making recommendations for improvements to security, scalability, manageability, and performance across a wide variety of network, storage, and compute technologies 
• Proactiveness with a customer-centric attitude 
• Active involvement in evolving company’s processes and practices 
• Work as a part of a cross-functional team, communicate frequently with clients and teammates 
• Interacting with clients, providing cloud support, and making recommendations based on client needs 
• Take part in after-working hours upgrades, troubleshooting, and/or on-call availability as needed 
• Working in shifts as needed 
• Recognise and communicate potential opportunities for cross-selling to the sales team 
• Assist with monthly reports for Managed Services Clients 
• Actively work on a continuous improvement of the client’s environment 
• Creating and documenting knowledge-base articles

• Bachelor’s degree (or final year of studies) in Computer science or related fields 
• 3+ years’ experience of developing with JavaScript 
• Previous experience in developing functions using AWS or Microsoft Azure 
• Microsoft or AWS certification or willingness to get certified 
• Experience with DevOps 
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git 
• Understanding of and experience with Agile software development principles and methodologies 
• Ability to take ownership of projects as part of a team 
• Self-time management skills 
• Fluent in the English language with strong communication skills 
• Experience and automated deployment and CI/CD practices  
• Experience with troubleshooting 
• Working knowledge of databases (relational and non-relational) 
• Technical problem solver 
• Strong documentation skills 

• Experience in working with JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular etc.) 
• Background in working with cloud and app security (SecOps) 
• AWS/Azure certification is a plus
