We are looking for a Legal Representative to join our team and help us navigate the complex landscape of contracts within the cloud consultancy industry. If you have experience in contract management in an international environment, a passionate interest in business law, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate complex matters clearly, we want to hear from you!

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including client agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership deals
• Ensure that all contracts are legally compliant and aligned with company policies and business objectives
• Manage contracts across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations in each region where we operate
• Collaborate with local law firms to ensure full compliance with local regulations and legal requirements in different jurisdictions when necessary
• Advise internal teams on contract risks, rights, and obligations
• Collaborate with Business Development, Product Development and Solutions Architecture teams to tailor contracts according to project scopes and client requirements
• Continuously improve contract management processes to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks
• Continuously update contract templates and legal documents to reflect changes in business practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent/related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management or business law, preferably in the IT or cloud consultancy sector
• Proven track record of drafting and negotiating complex contracts tailored to consultancy and project-based services
• Proficient in both written and spoken English
