Steps of Service Delivery

Step 1: Google Workspace Accelerate Workstream (optional)

We begin with an introductory workshop series to familiarise your team with GWS's operation, concepts, and benefits. This includes a Proof of Concept, discussion and analysis of your existing Business Continuity Management (BCM) strategy and how GWS can be integrated.

Step 2: BCM with Google Workspace Jumpstart

Next, we set up your Google Workspace Organisation, which includes licence management and identifying employees for whom GWS will be activated during a crisis. We will identify and synchronise the data needed to maintain operational capability with GWS and establish basic access control. We'll also provide customer admin users and create and document a governance concept.

Step 3: Deep Dive on GWS Collaboration & BCM Exercise (optional)

Your team will be trained with Google Workspace tools and their usage will be explained. We plan, execute, and document a (virtual) BCM exercise.

Step 4: Chrome Enterprise & Chromebooks (optional)

We will procure and set up Chromebooks for selected personnel considering best practice configurations. Google Chrome Enterprise will be implemented based on customer requirements and set up for balanced security and usability.

Step 5: Managed Cloud Operations (optional)

We will handle the system administration and maintenance of your Google Workspace environment. Additionally, we will monitor and track alerts for the GWS fallback environment. Our team will also be prepared to respond and provide VIP support in case of emergencies, including the activation of dormant accounts.
