Public Cloud Group (PCG) is setting the course for its next growth phase by expanding its leadership team with three high-profile additions from the tech industry. Michael Lumma joins as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Kai Lehmann takes over as Chief Operations Officer (COO), and Adisa Milak assumes the role of Head of Managed Cloud Operations (MCO). All three are now part of the PCG Management Board—now composed of roughly 20 senior leaders—bringing fresh expertise, strategic depth, and operational excellence to the company’s leadership.
Michael Lumma named Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
As PCG’s first-ever CRO, Michael Lumma will set new standards in modern sales leadership. He is responsible for shaping and executing the company’s go-to-market strategy across all international markets—including Germany, Austria, and Switzerland as well as Sweden, Bulgaria, Greece, and North Macedonia. He will guide the strategic direction for over 50 sales professionals who carry out the operational execution in their respective regions.
Lumma stands for modern, people-centered sales leadership, championing self-organization, flat hierarchies, and seamless collaboration across delivery, customer success, project management, marketing, and communications.
“We’ll benefit tremendously from Michael’s experience and mindset—especially when it comes to aligning our customer and market strategies,” says Thorsten Raquet, CEO of Public Cloud Group. “His perspective is a perfect complement to our existing C-level team of Stephan Pawlowski, Benny Woletz, and myself. We’re absolutely thrilled to have him on board.”
His approach: there’s no such thing as “we’ve always done it this way”—only custom solutions that move systems, people, and businesses forward. Lumma cultivates talent regardless of age or experience, making him an asset to PCG’s colleagues and clients alike.
Previously, Lumma served as Managing Director of the Cloud Services Unit at BTC AG, where he built a fully self-organized cloud team and played a key role in achieving AWS Premier Partner status. His deep experience with hyperscalers and people-driven innovation makes him a strategic addition to the PCG leadership team.

Kai Lehmann joins as Chief Operations Officer (COO)
PCG welcomes experienced operations leader Kai Lehmann as its new COO. In this role, he oversees global project and service delivery across the entire cloud journey—from infrastructure and modern workplace to cloud-native development, SAP, security, and Managed Cloud Operations. Together with CRO Michael Lumma, Lehmann will lead the full customer lifecycle—from acquisition to delivery—helping drive scale and ensure quality across all PCG markets. Both executives join the company’s C-level leadership team.
Lehmann brings extensive experience from leadership roles at companies such as Nordcloud (acquired by IBM) and direkt gruppe, where he focused on building high-performance delivery organizations, managing complex client engagements, and establishing sustainable and scalable structures. His career reflects a deep commitment to modern leadership, operational excellence, and strategic partnership.
“Public Cloud Group stands for innovation, growth, and strong partnerships—values that resonate deeply with me,” says Lehmann. “In the coming months, I’ll focus on optimizing our operational processes, establishing scalable structures for continued growth, and working alongside our incredible team to elevate customer satisfaction to the next level.”
Adisa Milak to Lead Managed Cloud Operations (MCO)
“With Adisa, we’re adding a seasoned expert to lead one of the most technically diverse and strategically vital areas of our business—Managed Cloud Operations,” says Thorsten Raquet. “She will help us set new benchmarks in the operation of modern cloud platforms. We’re incredibly pleased to have her join us for this next chapter.”
Managed Cloud Operations is embedded in every service area across PCG—from infrastructure and SAP to applications and Data & AI—and forms the backbone of modern cloud environments. It’s not a static discipline but a continuous improvement process driven by automation, AI-enabled workflows, and intelligent operational models. Milak will lead not only a technically demanding field, but also a major driver of sustainable growth within the company.
Adisa Milak brings deep operational and strategic expertise from her time at TimetoAct Group, where she led a 21-person team overseeing AWS and HCL Collaboration solutions. Her focus areas included capacity planning, solution design, and managing interfaces between sales and project teams.
Her mission: to establish PCG as a leading Managed Cloud Provider and define new standards in continuous cloud platform operations.
Outlook: Growth with Vision and Expertise
2025 is not a finish line for PCG—it’s a renewed commitment to sustainable growth. The company aims to grow organically to over 550 employees across Europe and continue building on its success. The ambition remains clear: to become the leading cloud partner for businesses throughout Europe.
