The Challenge
For retailers operating in fast-paced digital environments, time and consistency are everything. Even small inefficiencies can result in delayed campaigns, mismatched branding, and a poorer customer experience. As a platform built to help retail marketers move faster, Voyado identified a persistent friction point: popup creation.
Popups—used to drive newsletter signups, promotional clicks, or customer engagement—still required manual configuration by clients. This not only took time but also increased the risk of inconsistent branding and limited Voyado's ability to scale the feature across its growing customer base.

The Solution
To address the challenge, a fully automated popup-generation feature was developed using AWS services. The goal was to remove manual steps entirely—while ensuring that every popup was on-brand, effective, and tailored to the client’s needs.
This was intended not just as a UI improvement, but a strategic extension of their platform’s capabilities—one that integrated seamlessly into their existing infrastructure while leveraging the flexibility of generative AI and serverless architecture.
