Business Developer

Introduction

Our international team is expanding the Sales department with motivated Business Developers to help grow our client base. If you're passionate about sales, confident in your communication skills, and eager to work in a dynamic IT environment- especially one focused on cloud technologies- this might be the right role for you.

We are looking for self-driven individuals who are excited to develop strong relationships with prospects, represent our services with confidence, and actively contribute to expanding our market presence.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Gain a solid understanding of PCG’s service portfolio and how it supports clients
  • Promote and represent PCG’s services in line with our business development strategy
  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads following a structured process
  • Attend and support client meetings and presentations
  • Track all sales activities in our CRM system (HubSpot)
  • Maintain and grow a pipeline of prospects
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with potential clients
  • Prepare and follow up on proposals and contracts
  • Collaborate closely with Solutions Architects to tailor offers
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and delivery
  • Contribute to reporting and provide insights from market and client feedback
  • Meet or exceed agreed KPIs
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Native speaker for the respective locations
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable presenting to clients and stakeholders
  • Tech-savvy with a good understanding of IT concepts; prior experience is a plus
  • Experience with or strong interest in vendor and partnership management
  • Motivation to create customer value through strategic partnerships and incentive programs
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems (HubSpot or similar)
