We are expanding our operations and building a new team! We are looking for an ambitious and skilled SAP Operations Lead to join us in North Macedonia. In this exciting role, you will lead the setup of our SAP Basis/Operations team and play a key part in shaping our presence in the region. You’ll have the opportunity to manage SAP system landscapes for international clients in leading hyperscaler cloud environments (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud), drive migration and transition projects, and help enhance our Managed Service offerings. • Develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing SAP Basis/Operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of SAP systems, ensuring stability, reliability, and performance in alignment with the strategic direction set by the central operations team in Germany
• Maintain close communication with the central SAP operations team to ensure seamless integration of processes and adherence to established standards and policies
• Execute operational strategies and initiatives as directed by the central operations team, ensuring effective deployment within the distributed delivery model
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the central team, providing insights and feedback to support continuous improvement efforts
• Manage the allocation of resources within the North Macedonia team to meet operational demands and project requirements, in coordination with the central team
• Ensure that all deliverables meet the quality standards set by the central operations team, implementing corrective actions as necessary
• Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance
• Identify potential operational risks and collaborate with the central team to develop and implement mitigation strategies
• Provide technical support to clients as required, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to service level agreements

• Extensive experience in SAP administration, with a focus on migrations and transitions
• Proficiency in SAP Basis and familiarity with one or more SAP databases (e.g., DB2, Oracle, MaxDB, SAP ASE, SAP HANA)
• Demonstrated experience in establishing new operations or teams; Proven ability to build and lead a team
• A client-centric mindset with a passion for technical support and customer interaction
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
