Sustainability goals for PCG
In 2026, PCG is still a young and rapidly growing company. Much of our energy goes into scaling teams, customer projects, and establishing stable, repeatable processes. Sustainability is not seen as a separate project, but is actively integrated into this development process. Therefore, we have specified our objectives as follows:
- Standardize processes
- Operationalize materiality analysis
- Strengthening governance and data basis
- Quick, visible measures (quick wins)
- Building capacity and skills
PCG as an attractive employer
As an employer, we are aware of our responsibility towards our employees. Therefore, and because we aim to motivate our workforce and attract top talent, our health and safety measures exceed legal requirements. In Germany, for example, we offer our employees a company pension plan, access to the EGYM Wellpass, and subsidies for purchasing (e-)bikes.
PCG continually strives to leverage the innovative capabilities of its employees and involve them in decision-making processes, particularly regarding sustainability.
