Steps of Service Delivery

Step 1: Inventory

As an AWS Premier Tier Services Partner, we perform an evaluation of your entire IT infrastructure, including all active licenses, both on-premise and in your cloud. During this inventory, we assess your computing power, storage, memory, networks, software licenses, and their actual usage.

Step 2: Determine what you really need and what you can save

After determining the scope of your current workloads and the actual usage of your resources, we focus on analysis. You will receive a detailed proposal with the following contents:

• How your optimised IT infrastructure in the AWS Cloud would look.
• Which hardware and licenses you can save or reuse.
• What your IT infrastructure in the cloud would cost.

Step 3: Planning your next steps

With the results of the analysis, we develop an optimisation proposal for your IT infrastructure and existing software licenses.
