Steps of Service Delivery

Step 1: Landing Zone Foundation

We set up a basic Google Cloud Platform (GCP) foundation for your organisation, including Identity and Access Management, networking, billing, resource hierarchy, organisational policies, compliance, and audit logging.

Step 2: Workload Discovery Workshop

To ensure a successful implementation, we define a suitable workload during this optional workshop. This first workload is then created or migrated into Google Cloud.

Step 3: SCC Premium Activation and Configuration

We configure and activate SCCP for the chosen workload. This allows immediate access to security-related information and the ability to discover Google Cloud Platform.

Step 4: Additional Assistance (optional)

For enhanced support and guidance, our team is available to provide further assistance as required. This includes any additional help with implementing measures identified during the SCCP setup process.

Step 5: Deferred Posture Analysis (optional)

To maintain a strong security posture, we offer ongoing analysis of your Security Command Center Premium (SCCP) configuration and the performance of your secured workloads.
