PCG N. Macedonia has 0% gender pay gap

customHeroImage

We’ve been dedicated to achieving gender equality in our organisation, by having equal number of women, representation in roles and pay.

The gender pay gap is calculated by subtracting the average gross hourly salary of women from the one of men and dividing the difference with the average gross hourly salary of men.

From 08.03.2023 PCG N. Macedonia has a 0% gender pay gap.

37 women and 40 men are employed at PCG N. Macedonia.
