PCG delivered a custom Operations Management Platform built on AWS, using a cloud-native architecture to ensure scalability, security, and performance. The solution was developed in close collaboration with Business Excellence Solutions and fully funded through AWS support programmes.

• Interactive Dashboards Real-time bar and pie charts make it easy to visualise KPIs, performance metrics, and key risks at a glance.
• Integrated Document Management Automatically generates and stores PDF reports throughout the workflow, providing an audit-ready documentation trail.
• User & Permission Management Admins can securely manage access, assign roles, and oversee all activity across multiple clients and users.

The Operations Management Platform was delivered as a robust, cloud-native solution—capable of supporting Business Excellence Solutions’ structured consulting methods in a modern, digital form. Key technical achievements include:
