For many consultancies, the tools they provide clients—spreadsheets, templates, static forms—are structured but inflexible. While they support process adherence on paper, they lack the automation, traceability, and efficiency needed to deliver measurable value at scale.

PCG delivered a custom Operations Management Platform built on AWS, using a cloud-native architecture to ensure scalability, security, and performance. The solution was developed in close collaboration with Business Excellence Solutions and fully funded through AWS support programmes.
- Cloud-Native Infrastructure Built on AWS using EC2, Lambda, RDS, and S3 to enable secure, scalable operations with low overhead.
- Custom Workflow Engine Allows consultants and clients to build guided, step-based process flows—complete with dynamic data handling and embedded logic.
- Interactive Dashboards Real-time bar and pie charts make it easy to visualise KPIs, performance metrics, and key risks at a glance.
- Integrated Document Management Automatically generates and stores PDF reports throughout the workflow, providing an audit-ready documentation trail.
- User & Permission Management Admins can securely manage access, assign roles, and oversee all activity across multiple clients and users.
