This ensures that Gemini does not use data, prompts or generated responses from your organization to train or improve Gemini models. As Google communicated at the beginning of the collaboration with Gen AI: Complete control over your data is maintained at all times.
Additional AI functions with Gemini for Google Workspace
In addition to the standalone Gemini app, Google also offers Gemini for Google Workspace, a paid add-on for companies looking for the most comprehensive AI experience from Google. This allows users to unlock additional AI functions and use Gemini directly in Gmail, Docs, Drive and other Google applications.
