As announced earlier this year, Oliver Schallhorn, longtime CEO and founder of the Public Cloud Group (PCG), will step down from all executive and operational roles at the end of 2024. Schallhorn will now take on a new position within PCG's Advisory Board, where he will continue to support the company’s strategic direction.

I am pleased that the transition to Thorsten Raquet as CEO and Stephan Pawlowski as CFO has been seamless. It couldn’t have gone better. 2024 was a year of significant growth for the Public Cloud Group. The team expanded as planned to approximately 500 cloud experts across Europe, and the acquisition of kreuzwerker
further strengthened its position in the AWS space. PCG is now recognized as a leading partner across all three major hyperscalers. The company also earned several prestigious awards and certifications in 2024, including the renewal of its Google MSP designation, official SAP RISE partnership, and the SAP Competency for AWS. Strategic growth areas such as Data & AI and Security were further developed organically to meet the evolving needs of its customers.
