Public Cloud Group (PCG) today announced a change in its financial leadership. After several successful years as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Stephan Pawlowski will hand over his operational responsibilities to Hüseyin Tastan as of November 1, 2025. The transition is part of PCG’s ongoing strategic development and will be closely supported by Stephan Pawlowski to ensure a smooth handover. He will continue to support PCG operationally until March 2026 and remain available to the company in an advisory capacity beyond that period.
Transition in Financial Leadership
During his tenure as CFO, Stephan Pawlowski guided PCG through a significant growth phase, shaping both the company’s organizational and structural evolution. He played a key role in establishing professional financial frameworks, implementing process optimizations, and driving the consolidation and scalability of the group.
With Hüseyin Tastan, PCG gains an experienced finance leader who will take over responsibility for advancing the company’s financial strategy — with a particular focus on sustainable growth, efficient processes, and continued international expansion.
Quotes on the Transition
“Stephan has shaped PCG during a period of tremendous growth like few others,” said Thorsten Raquet, CEO of Public Cloud Group. “He created structure where there was dynamism, brought stability where speed was required, and always kept sight of the bigger picture. On behalf of the entire PCG, I would like to thank Stephan for his outstanding contribution and exceptional dedication.”
“At the same time, I am very pleased to welcome Hüseyin to our leadership team. With his extensive experience and sharp financial acumen, he will play a pivotal role in shaping the next phase of our company’s development. I am confident that he will build on the strong foundation Stephan has created and drive further progress across PCG.”
