Google Voice is Google's cloud telephony solution and has also been available for companies and educational institutions in Germany since the beginning of the year. As the service is an extension to Google Workspace, Google Voice is set up and managed centrally online in the Google Admin Console. In our 3-part video series, we show you setting options for number assignment and porting, as well as the setup of call groups and a smart switchboard (autoassistant).
1. Initial Setup and Management Options in Google Voice
In our first video tutorial, we will give you an overview of the configuration options offered by the Google Voice Admin Console. Among other things, you will learn more about how to set up Google Voice initially, how to assign phone numbers and how to port them (information about porting can also be found here).
