Our certified team establishes and tracks budgets for cloud costs, forecasts cloud costs, implements guardrails for cost usage, applies a standardised process across the organisation to decommission unused resources, utilises compute savings plans according to customer’s needs, and provides regular reports to continuously ensure cloud costs are managed properly. All processes are ITIL compliant.

Key features of the service include:

• Cloud budgets and forecasts: Establish and track budgets for your Azure costs, forecast your costs, and receive email notifications/alarms when actual costs exceed or are forecast to exceed the established budget costs.
• Cost control: Implement guardrails for Azure cost usage based on organisational policies.
• Organisation metrics: Establish the organisation metrics that are required for this workload, which should be a primary measure of customer usage.
• Goals and targets: Define goals and targets to provide guidance and direction to your organisation on expected outcomes, with targets providing specific measurable outcomes to be achieved.
