We are looking for a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team and take on a custom role that focuses on delivering exceptional service experiences to our clients. You will be responsible for the delivery of our service offerings while ensuring alignment with customer needs and organisational goals. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the service strategy and make a meaningful impact on our customers' satisfaction.

• Ensuring continuous delivery of our service offerings
• Direct communication with clients
• Having ownership of the backlog and understanding the priority of the tasks
• Generate reports and evaluate trends and feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and areas for improvement
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and recommend actionable strategies to improve productivity
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring they are familiar with the established processes and tools
• Support offboarding procedures when team members transition out of the organization or the team
• Collaborate closely with other departments to eliminate obstacles, improve team capacity and performance and enhance the service itself

• 3+ years of experience in project management or roles such as Product Owner, Scrum Master, or team leader, in the IT industry
• University degree
• Highly proficient in both written and spoken English
• Native Greek speaker
• An understanding of agile methodologies
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Great organisational skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering customer value
• Good understanding of development, monetisation, placing/placement of digital products
• Good understanding of product development lifecycle
