What is WAFR

The Well-Architected Framework Review (WAFR) is a dedicated process for obtaining a reliable assessment and analysis of your AWS architecture. We support you in reviewing your workloads and mitigating risks using the AWS Well-Architected Framework. The framework provides a consistent approach to cloud architecture assessment and includes best practices for building a secure, high-performance, resilient and efficient infrastructure on AWS.

Here's how the WAFR succeeds in 3 steps

  1. Review Workshop: We start with a workshop in which we analyze your cloud infrastructure – based on the six pillars of Well-Architected Operations. You receive a report with prioritized suggestions for improvement according to risk levels.This enables you to identify optimization potential in your cloud architecture and receive specific recommendations for implementation.
  2. Risk Selection: We prioritize and jointly select the most critical risks with the greatest benefit for remediation.
  3. Remediation: Together, we remediate your High-Risk Issues (HRIs) – based on proven patterns from our template library or customized solutions by our expert team.

Additionally, we check your environment’s readiness for AI/ML workloads, covering model deployment, data pipelines, GPU performance, and secure data governance.
