The Public Cloud Group (PCG) helps companies prepare for the AWS European Sovereign Cloud with a structured ESC Readiness Check. Within just 2–3 weeks, governance, compliance, and architectural requirements are analyzed, risks assessed, and a clear roadmap for sovereign cloud adoption is developed — ensuring organizations are fully prepared for the ESC launch.

The ESC Readiness Check is carried out over a 2–3 week process:
- Week 1: Kickoff & briefing (0.5 days) to align goals, stakeholders, and scope, followed by workshops on governance, risk & compliance, and technical architecture (assessment call + detailed analysis).
- Week 2: Assessment & analysis with feasibility studies, risk analyses, business impact assessments, and prioritization.
