Service Product Owner

Introduction

We are looking for a highly skilled Service Product Owner to join our team and take on a custom role that focuses on delivering exceptional service experiences to our clients. As a Service Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of our service offerings while ensuring alignment with customer needs and organizational goals. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the service strategy and make a meaningful impact on our customers' satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Work closely with multiple cross-functional teams to guide and establish PCG's internal processes that support the effective delivery of our services
  • Guiding and supporting development teams in following Scrum
  • Guiding and educating the Scrum team members to own their roles and responsibilities
  • Collecting and following up on KPIs – Define and track KPIs to measure the success and impact of the services
  • Generate regular reports and evaluate trends and feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Evaluate existing processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and teams and recommend actionable strategies to improve productivity
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring they are familiar with the established processes and tools
  • Support offboarding procedures when team members transition out of the organization or the team
  • Collaborate closely with HR and CSM to eliminate obstacles, improve team capacity and performance and enhance the service itself
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in project management or roles such as Product Owner, Scrum Master, or team leader, in the IT industry
  • University degree- preferably graduated from E-Business/relevant IT field
  • Highly proficient in both written and spoken English
  • An understanding of agile methodologies in software development
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Great organizational skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering customer value
  • Good understanding of development, monetization, placing/placement of digital products
  • Good understanding of product development lifecycle
